Our company partners with several training institutions around the State to prepare our workers for the jobs they will be performing. This allows us to get our employees up to speed and into the field quickly, but more importantly, it saves employers money by reducing the amount of post-hire training on the employer’s end. Our on-boarding process, which includes safety training, ensures that new hires understand our processes and are fully functioning within their roles -- before supporting and interacting with our clients. After placement, ongoing training is used to support each employee’s career growth and enables our workers to maintain current certifications, or earn new ones, and stay abreast of new issues, trends, and innovations. We continue to evaluate each employee throughout the course of their employment to ensure these high standards of performance are consistently maintained.
