When you partner with us, we take responsibility for all the details that come with recruiting, hiring, training, and employing a workforce -- saving your internal Human Resources team valuable time and expense. We handle payroll, taxes, insurance, and workers comp issues. Essentially, we operate as an external HR department, and smaller businesses benefit from this arrangement because it enables them to furnish services they couldn't provide otherwise. By outsourcing their HR functions, employers can focus more squarely on what they do best: providing goods and services to their customers.

We will provide qualified personnel to perform all job requirements within the time frames specified. Our employees are W-2 status workers, not 1099 contractors, so they are technically employed by us, except they work at your job site, performing the tasks and duties you assign. Plus, all of our employees are authorized to work in the United States, are fluent in the English language, and meet required work authorization and security criteria. 

We are flexible in accommodating employer's needs and offer a variety of hiring options. Temporary and temp-to-hire staffing allows you to control your workforce needs flawlessly and cost efficiently. Temp workers allows employers to fill fluctuations in their labor requirement needs, such as a one to three month increased production run due to a sudden upsurge in demand, or perhaps staffing an extra shift for a seasonal job, quarterly operation, or short term contract obligation. Temp-to-Hire arrangements are also beneficial to employers in that employers can "test run" workers for a period of time in order to observe and evaluate whether the workers would make good permanent placement candidates -- sort of a "try before you buy" scenario. If the workers are satisfactory and the employer desires to hire them permanently, then the worker can be transferred over onto the employer's books after a period of time.

  • Payroll. (We handle payroll, withholding, and reporting to save you administrative hassles and expense).

  • Insurance. (We carry liability and worker's comp insurance on all of our workers. If our workers are injured on a job site or file a workman's comp claim, it is addressed and covered by us, not the client).  

  • Workforce Planning. (Our professional recruiters can confidentially discuss your desires and goals and match workers' skills to our clients’ staffing needs).
